U.S. bracing for Russia's retaliatory attack by shutting down embassy in Kiev
Government officials are
warning that a "potentially significant air attack" might soon occur on Kiev as a result of the Biden regime green-lighting long-range attacks on Russia using U.S.-made missiles.
(Related: In case you missed it, Ukraine
just struck a Russian military installation using U.S.-made, long-range ATACM missiles, crossing Putin's "red line.")
The U.S. embassy in Kiev is also being shut down "out of an abundance of caution" after Ukrainian Armed Forces successfully struck a military installation in Bryansk, located in western Russia.
"Embassy employees are being instructed to shelter in place," reads a new alert on the embassy website. "The U.S. Embassy recommends U.S. citizens be prepared to immediately shelter in the event an air alert is announced."
Embassy staff are also being told to do the following:
• Keep an eye on local media reports for updates.
• Identify shelter locations now so they know where to go if an air alert is issued.
• Immediately take shelter if an air alert is announced.
• Obey Ukrainian officials and first responders in the event of an emergency.
The move comes after President Vladimir Putin announced in response to Biden's move that Russia's nuclear doctrine is being expanded to lower the threshold for the use of nuclear weapons in response to aggression.
"As we said earlier this month, we were not surprised by Russia's announcement that it would update its nuclear doctrine; Russia had been signaling its intent to update its doctrine for several weeks," reads a statement from the White House National Security Council under President Biden.
Western embassies in Italy, Spain and Greece also closing
The U.S. is not the only country closing its embassies overseas. Other countries are shutting theirs down, too – and not just in Ukraine as embassies are reportedly shutting down in Italy, Greece, Spain and elsewhere.
"Germany's embassy in Kyiv remains open in a limited capacity and can still be contacted by German nationals who are in the country, a German Foreign Ministry official has said," reported
Al Jazeera.
"We are in constant contact with our colleagues on the ground so that we can take appropriate measures if the situation changes."
Kiev is not as certain as the West that Russia will respond with anything substantial. The Ukrainian military says it believes that this could simply be a "psychological operation" from Russia to instill fear and force more embassy closures.
The Biden regime could not be happier as it fuels the fires of world war mere months before President-elect Donald Trump is scheduled to take office. Trump says he wants peace, but the current administration wants war.
"No U.S. embassy? But who will promote gay pride month?!" one commenter joked.
"Poking the bear has real consequences," responded another.
Others speculated that the next thing to happen will be some kind of false flag attack to accelerate the world war agenda.
"They are willing to deep six the entire planet over a lost election," wrote another. "It cannot be more obvious."
"I can't believe Biden thinks he's King Kong and can do whatever he pleases with a peer nuclear power," added another.
"The best retaliation will be capturing Odessa," said someone else. "The tears from the embassy into their skinny soy lattes will be more painful than bombs."
